Early product — mobile app in preparation

Know what touches your skin

Scan a cosmetic product and see what is really inside it: every INCI ingredient explained, a suitability score matched to your skin profile, and routines that warn you before ingredients clash.

Ilomira is being prepared for release. The mobile app is not in the app stores yet.

What Ilomira does

Your personal ingredient reader

Cosmetic labels are written for chemists. Ilomira turns them into clear answers about your skin, your sensitivities and your routine.

Scan any barcode

Point the camera at a product barcode and get its ingredient breakdown in seconds. Unknown product? Photograph the label and Ilomira analyzes and reviews it.

Understand every ingredient

Each INCI name comes with its function, comedogenic and irritancy ratings, and pregnancy-safety flags — in plain language.

A score that knows your skin

Set up your beauty profile — skin type, concerns, sensitivities, pregnancy — and every product is scored against it, with the reasons spelled out.

Routines without regrets

Build morning, evening and weekly routines from your shelf. Ilomira orders the steps and warns you when actives clash — retinoids with acids, for example.

Transparent by design

Scores follow clear, inspectable rules based on label data and your profile. No black box — every score explains itself.

How it works

From label confusion to a clear answer

Four steps, no chemistry degree required.

  1. 1

    Create your beauty profile

Answer a short questionnaire: skin and hair type, concerns, known sensitivities, pregnancy or nursing. This becomes your personal lens on every product.

  2. 2

    Scan a product

Scan the barcode. If the product is not in the catalog yet, photograph the front and the ingredient label — analysis picks it up from there and a human reviews the result.

  3. 3

    Read the verdict

See the suitability score, why it is what it is, which ingredients help you and which ones your profile flags.

  4. 4

    Build your routine

Save products to your shelf and generate a daily or weekly plan — ordered correctly, with ingredient-conflict and pregnancy warnings built in.

Who it is for

Made for people who read labels

Ingredient checkers

You already flip products around to read the INCI list. Ilomira does the decoding: functions, ratings and flags for every ingredient, instantly.

Sensitive skin & pregnancy

Fragrance, sulfates, retinoids — if your skin or your pregnancy needs certain ingredients avoided, your profile flags them on every scan.

Routine builders

Layering actives is easy to get wrong. Ilomira sequences your products and tells you when two of them should not share an evening.

The experience

Built as a calm, focused app

Mobile first

Scanner, product detail, shelf and routines live in an iOS and Android app built with Flutter. The app is in preparation and not yet published to the stores.

21 languages

The app ships its interface in 21 languages, from English and Turkish to Japanese and Arabic — with right-to-left support where it belongs.

Your account, your data

A private account with email verification and password recovery. Export everything Ilomira knows about you, or delete the account — both are built in.

Data & honesty

Straight answers about your data

What we store

Your account details, the beauty profile you enter, your scans and submitted label photos, and basic usage events. That is the list.

What you control

Export your data as a single file or delete your account from inside the app. Deletion anonymizes your personal data.

Not medical advice

Suitability scores are estimates computed from label data and the profile you enter. They never replace a dermatologist — always patch test new products.

Honest limits

Free accounts include a daily scan allowance. A premium tier exists in the product, but purchases are not open yet — nothing is sold on this site.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly

What is Ilomira?

Ilomira is a cosmetics companion: scan a product to see its ingredients explained, get a suitability score matched to your personal profile, and build routines that avoid ingredient conflicts.

Can I download the app today?

Not yet. The app is built and being prepared for release, but it is not in the App Store or Google Play at the moment. This site will link the stores when it ships.

How is the suitability score calculated?

From two inputs: the product's label data (ingredients, claims, warnings) and your profile (skin type, concerns, sensitivities, pregnancy). The rules are deterministic and every score lists its reasons.

Is this medical advice?

No. Ilomira provides educational information about cosmetic ingredients. Reactions are individual — patch test new products, and talk to a dermatologist for medical concerns.

What happens when a product is not recognized?

You photograph the front and the ingredient label. Ilomira extracts and analyzes the text, and low-confidence results go to a human review queue before the product is published.

Which languages does Ilomira speak?

The app interface is available in 21 languages, including English, Turkish, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Arabic, Japanese, Chinese and Korean.

What does it cost?

Creating an account is free and includes a daily scan allowance. A premium tier with higher limits exists in the product, but purchases are not available yet — pricing will be announced with the store launch.
